MerchantFuse is a network for retailers/wholesalers. The network will help them connect.

The word Fuse works in the title as a noun - the spot that ignites (i.e. ignite something new for the business) & as a verb, unifying two elements (in this case retailer and vendor).

The colors are just suggested, it's possible that a great design uses all of them or just a couple. I don't think red should be most prominent - but I am totally open to looking at different designs and providing feedback. Be creative!

The website prototype is currently in development, the attached image is a wireframe with no text. This is just to give you a feel for how the site will look - relatively basic/clean, similar to LinkedIn.

3/11/12 UPDATE: PLEASE DO NOT USE "MF" IN LOGO, THIS HAS POTENTIAL NEGATIVE CONNOTATIONS (MF GLOBAL AND "MOTHER F-ER"). I HAVE ELIMINATED ALL DESIGNS THAT INCLUDE "MF".

I like having a logo in addition to "MerchantFuse" One opportunity could be to try to have fun with the idea of "fuse" whether as a spark or as a connector in the logo, one of the submissions has done this, I'd like to see more that try to capture the company's message.
