Further requirements

We like simple, modern, clean design to match our goal of building easy to use software. What I'm looking for is a logo that can be used (or at least translated) between a light or dark background. Can break off and work as an app icon and would look sharp on business cards. Any examples of how those things would work in the designs would definitely help me make a better decision.

As a final product, I'm definitely going to need the logo to exist in a PSD format, with a transparent background, for easy use on the website.
