A crossfit fitness gym. We provide varied high intensity work outs for people of all ages, sizes, and fitness ability. Our Elite fitness program provides improved flexibility, endurance, strength, speed, stamina, power, coordination, balance, agility, or accuracy— and our workout programs will deliver results safely and effectively.
The logo needs to be clean and professional. It needs to show that it is for all shapes and sizes.

We will be teaching crossfit workouts, but not yet affilitated with crossfit 'formally'. The owner is a level 1 trainer and we will make that known on the website.
