Please go to our website to see more about us. www.shelfenergyllc.com We currently have in-house: 1 geologist, 1 engineer, 1 land manager and 1 landman. We are looking to continually expand our company, but lack the ability to really do this on our own, so we need your help! Shelf Energy, LLC (Shelf), is an independent oil and gas exploration and development company based in Lafayette, LA. Shelf’s principals created this Company with the purpose of identifying and participating in good quality, low-risk oil and gas projects. Shelf is comprised of a group of seasoned professionals with disciplines in geology, geophysics, engineering, drilling, landwork, acquisitions, completion and production, as well as considerable exploration expertise in the Gulf of Mexico and South Louisiana. The group has work experience with energy majors and independents such as UNOCAL, Flores & Rucks, Ocean Energy, Triangle Oil & Gas, St. Mary Land & Exploration, Conoco, Crown Central Petroleum, Amerada Hess, Medco Energi, Placid Oil, and Stone Energy Corporation.

Target Audience

We are targeting others in the oil and gas industry as well as investors. We put drilling projects together, do all of the land and mineral leasing in-house, operate projects, sell prospects and invest in other prospects as well. So, we need to appeal to men on the rig, business men, others in the oil and gas industry, potential investors and potential employees.

Requirements

The requirements are simple: we have no logo! So... We would like more than just an oil drop in the logo, because we have seen so many others with this. There is a conference held in Houston, Texas called NAPE www.napeexpo.com, that has many other oil and gas companies that participate. This site may show some of their logos. We want to have something that sets us a part while still remaining recognizable in the oil and gas industry. More on the conservative side is best, but if there is something very creative and easily marketable, then we are open to that as well. Thank you for taking our project on, and we look forward to see what someone more creative than ourselves can put together!
