I don't think you need "inc." because the business name is Exploding Pants and it is "incorporated" but not Exploding Pants Inc. , "Inc."
I missed that "inc", too. Didn't even think about it at the time, for some reason. Of course, the brief wasn't too specific about what the logo should say, so that may account for it.
Still no feedback or ratings, though, eh?
Did you want the logo to include the "inc." part? Didnt realize it was there before. I can add it in my entries if you want it.

I can add more detail to the pants if you want. I was trying to keep it simple.
@GigidyDesign: We are open to either, so I would suggest that you submit something for both categories.
@Krawk.net: We like the direction you are going in, though we are not huge fans of the reflection. How about igniting the fuse on one of those bombs in your comps?
