Kelsey Homes is in Pasadena, CA. There will be three distinct divisions of Kelsey Homes (Kelsey Homes, Kelsey Estates, Kelsey Bank Owned)
Our audience are home owners, buyers, high end to first time buyers. Kelsey Homes is a residential real estate company.
Our look is contemporary, clean, simple and efficient.
The former company was Kelsey/Ashworth and we will attach that logo and application for reference.
We want you to highlight the word:
Kelsey
and sub highlight the division (there will be three, for the contest, just use Homes. The other two will be "Estates" and "Bank Owned")
We want it contemporary, clean, simple.
We've seen it on black (for estates) and maybe the same for all three, not sure.
Some concepts:
- The concept of "Evolution" (no apes to caveman plz)
- taking a business to the "next level"
- jumpstarting
- a solid foundation
- big solution for small business
WHAT WE WANT:
- clean, contemporary, crisp logo
- we need to be able to create an "icon" from the logo (for desktop icon, etc.)
- provide dark/light background versions
- provide fonts used
WE DO NOT WANT:
- literal houses as logos
