As a full-time creative professional for 20 years, I must chime in. As a graphic designer myself, music composer with film and network TV credits, and executive creative director on web-oriented projects now - I would agree that conceptually the design is different. As a comparison to my argument, I would suggest the subleties of a font. If I request a logo in only font, conceptually where is the difference? The core and soul of talent and what that spirit can create is held solely by the individual and CANNOT be duplicated by another quite the same. It can be mimicked, copied and even be created with very similar variances but the very breath and spirit of art is ALWAYS unique. The soul of Viriathe versus Designabot's entries hold similar text, the name, colors, houses, people and rooflines - as did MANY others. The soul of the art was completely different and intuitively felt by all on my team. If I may be frank, but not cause insult, Viriathe's logo was never even a contender. Not chosen even once. I want NOTHING to be taken away from the winner. Designabot's portfolio is consistently strong and he has been a complete professional in any ensuing transactions. Blessings on all us artists.

After much opinion, our winner is listed above. We felt it had the contemporary nature, sophistication, friendliness and web 2.0 look that our company needs for business. Apparently the contest has a few more hours but we have PLENTY of great entries to choose from. I'd suggest not even submitting any new ones at this point. Many of you guys (u know who u r) are just fantastic! I can't even keep up with commenting on them! I suggested ideas on some and many of you cranked out the concepts or submitted new ones. Such great creative work that I hate that there is only going to be one winner. I'll keep you posted. I trust I am giving good feedback! :)

Hey, today has been a busy personal day since it's Sunday but I will respond to the entries tomorrow. I REALLY appreciate the entries so far. I think the contemporary and clean looks from Raghav, Bintek and Sath are closer to what I will lean towards although NO decisions yet.
