I am a real estate investor in Canada who has developed a tool to analyze potential investment properties in the same amount of time it takes you to pour a cup of coffee.
The tool I've built has been used be several friends and associates and has saved them thousands of dollars, and I'm now building a website to start marketing it complete with an affiliate program.

The target audience are single or multi-unit property investors that are looking for a tool that simplifies their analysis of any properties they are looking at as an investment. This tool takes the guess work out of determine whether or not the property cash flows, and gives them security going into the negotiations that it is a solid investment.
I'm looking for a logo that incorporates real estate investing, financials, a calculator that is clean.
The tag line is "Property Investing, Made Smarter." Feel free to incorporate this as you see fit.
