We are a small growing web company providing cost effective well designed websites that are a mix between DIY Templates and fully customized designs.
Our parent company has been doing websites since 2001, but webin4.com is a cool new concept that allows businesses to get an outstanding website customized for them that they manage themselves through our very easy to use CMS all at a low low price.
We are a vibrant company and we like good design in both virtual worlds and in real life.
We are inspired by latter twentieth century art, classic 'modern' designed furniture from the 1950's onwards that is timeless in it's looks, function and form.
Although we are a technology company it's not the technology that defines us, instead we are defined by the business application and human interaction of our surroundings.

We have multiple target audiences:
1) Micro / Small Business Owners who are starting a business for the first time and want a great website without paying for a fully custom design.
This market is generally time poor and budget conscious, they want as much real value as they can possible get for the price. They want ease of use and they want to feel good about what they purchase.
2) Marketing Companies that will resell our services to their own clients
we want a logo that tells people we are a progressive technology company focusing on delivering business results for our customers.
It should be simple using the words of the name with some sort of graphic or stylised version of the name
Color scheme is open, although we would prefer variations of blue
Fonts used should be clean and crisp and elegant without too many embellishments.
We will be redesigning our entire website around the new logo, so it must be something special and at first glance easily recognizable as our brand.
Our existing site does not reflect the message we are trying to send to the market.
Think of how it would look on a blog like www.techcrunch.com promoting us, does the logo inspire?
It should use solids with no gradients and we should be able to use it on a white background.
The words used to describe logo we are looking for would be:
clean
fresh
inspiring
We want the logo to inspire people with trust in our company but we are wanting something is both fluid in terms of the design and easy to read.
All the letters should be in lower case
Specifications:
This design will be used on the web, and on printed materials such as business cards
Three versions of the logo will be required from the winner: Color, all-Black, and all-White.
The files we will require are:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK)
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
