Design a logo for an operations support company focused on the fashion industry.

I have a back-office support company that targets the fashion industry. Basically, I provide sales, marketing and accounting support for fashion designers. My site is at http://operationsdiva.com, and I need a new logo.
This is a woman-owned company, and hot pink/fuschia is sort of my signature color, but I'm open to suggestion that communicates power, strength, efficiency, femininity and style.
- An end result of a psd or ai file
- the tagline "Structure for YOUR special talent," with the "your" called out in some way. Doesn't have to be all capitalized.
- The use of hot pink/fuschia in some way, though it can be just an accent color
- Can be two-color or four-color.
- Anything overtly sexist, though being a woman is an awesome thing
- Anything too "corporate," as that won't resonate with my target client
