Yoono is a VC-backed startup with offices in San Francisco and Paris that makes the #1 social networking add-on for Firefox and has recently launched a desktop version of the product. We also have an iPhone version in the works. The company was founded in 2006.

Our target audience is social media savvy and uses Yoono as a way to simplify their interactions across all their social networks by enabling them to connect to and update them in one place. They use Facebook, Twitter and IM services such as AIM extensively. They are 60/40 male/female and 75% are 18-44. They are tech savvy but not necessarily uber geeks. They appreciate good design.
Looking for a logo redesign for our social networking app that connects you to all your social networks and IM services in one place. Our inclination is an iterative approach to the current logo rather than something completely new but we are open to new concepts. See attached for current logo design & internal concepts for redesign. Additional details:
1. Logo should be 2 parts - a standalone logo without text and a logo + "yoono" text design, allowing logo to be used independently.
2. In general we want a more sophisticated/modern/clean design than what we have currently. Current logo text is too soft/bubbly and logo too much like old Cingular logo.
3. The typeface should be clear, simple and bold. No overlapping letters or overlap on the graphical logo.
4. Would like color version (top priority) as well as black & white versions for light/dark backgrounds (lower priority)
