We were so impressed that we decided to award two winners, one winner based on votes as chosen by the community and one based on our own opinion. Check out our blog post for more details: http://blog.99designs.com/
That being said, this was a really hard decision. There were well over 100+ potential winning designs that all could have won, the quality and the talent shown in this fun, community project was simply astounding and we've learned some really interesting lessons that we will apply when running these fun community projects in the future, we appreciate all your feedback.
Note that there are 6 pages of designs up for voting... some of my personal favourites aren't even on the first page.
Be sure to browse through the pages and remember that you can vote on as many designs as you like by clicking the Facebook LIKE button next to the design.
Click the "LIKE" button next to the entry you'd like to vote for and be declared the winner.
Voting closes at lunch time on Monday (US Time).
I want to thank everybody who participated in the contest. We have had so many great designs its awesome to see the community so passionate about a contest. We will be closing this thread now to comments but please check the blog for more information on the community vote which we will be announcing shortly.

@jrmy - There have been multiple people reviewing designs. These people include professional designers. Everybody has their opinions, we respect yours so please respect other peoples.
@andrezx - Gap has decided to return to their old logo. I have not see anywhere in the press releases or stories which say they will not consider a logo from crowdsourcing. That is however beside the point, this contest was sponsored by 99designs so that you could all work on a topical and fun design contest. The vast majority of designers who took part seemed to find it a fun experience and took part in the spirit of the contest.
@LOT Grafix - As mentioned there are various people rating these designs and it was the collective decision to give designs their ratings. We have not completed a final review of the star ratings. Two of our designers will be reviewing the designs over the next 24 hours. From there we will then announce the way in which the community vote will be run.
GAP just posted that they won't accept a logo from crown sourcing:

Either this contest is a joke, or the contest holder has no knowledge of what a good logo design is.
Some of these logos with 4+ stars are so terrible.
I really like #4429. What font is that?
@karpol - There are several people involved in rating the designs. So i'm not quite sure of the exact reason it was changed as we have two others going through and reviewing all of the submissions now.
@chasegraphix - The contest was indeed shortened due to the overwhelming response from you our designers. We will be announcing how the vote will work shortly. There will be every effort made to ensure a fair and balanced vote.
@FirstGear - The community will be voting for the ultimate winner who will receive the prize.
@GrayThought - The contest ends in 2 hours time. 12pm Tuesday (GMT+10)
