What exactly was so terrible about the old logo? Sure an update on the font was needed, but the dark blue with white GAP is recognizable to almost everyone in the world..........isn't that the goal of a good logo and branding scheme? For everyone to be able to quickly identify your brand just by looking at the logo.
Bravo 99Designs for this contest...despite the $9+ Billion in sales so far this year, Gap Inc. must not be able to pay a graphic designer to redevelop GAP's brand identity.
