I'm open to the design process and I've added the following comments by way of concept or guidance.

Logo Objective
To create a unique brand logo that will represent the philosophy, vision and values of i2a Coaching.

The visceral element of the logo design to capture the essence and feel of the i2a Coaching philosophy;
i.e. that change is inevitable, that change is FLUID, change is sometimes fast, sometimes slow but via positive psychology and evidence-based coaching methodologies (i.e. a solid foundation) then change can be embraced, controlled and that personal choices and subsequent consequences can be proactively managed, enhanced and sustained.

Business Philosophy
The ‘i2a’ is an acronym for INSIGHT into ACTION via COACHING. These are the key words and the fundamental philosophy behind the brand supplemented by additional key words of; CHANGE, TRANSFORMATION, FLUIDITY, PROCESS, CONTROL, WELL-BEING

Key Concept for Theme of Logo Design
#1 - A water droplet(s) that creates (subtle) ripples of change / transformation.
The droplet shape to comprise or be formed from the following (case sensitive) characters; i, 2, a, C.
The water droplet(s) represents the ‘insight’ disrupting or changing the environment beneath it, i.e. the ripples of change.
Each ripple represents an element of interconnected change, either intrinsic or extrinsic; i.e. life, health, business, relationship, etc.

#2 - Ripples - representing (Coaching, Context, Control, Choices, Change), they are ideally comprised of ever increasing circles or semi-circles maybe morphing from intertwined letter ‘C’s.
Ideally the water droplet and emanating ripples are to be complemented by the wording INSIGHT into ACTION COACHING, either stand alone or somehow the droplet, ripples and wording are integrated, flowing, morphing into each other with the word ‘Coaching’ somehow acting as a solid foundation for the rest?
