Foundry CrossFit
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program. We do a large variety of exercises (including gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, kettlebells, running, etc) at high intensity. It's not a regular gym.
Our target audience is anyone who wants to be in great shape and is willing to do HARD WORK to get there. We help people reach their genetic potential!

I would like to tie in flames or fire into the logo. A foundry is where metal is heated up and formed into new shapes. We do the same with the bodies that come into our gym.
Also, we could incorporate a barbell, weights, a kettlebell, or a figure doing a weightlifting or gymnastic movement (ie pull-up) into the design to give a visual clue that we are not a regular gym.
