They provide residential painting (interior and exterior) and home improvement services. Their business is primarily painting, but they are moving into home improvement services - so painting is primary. Their home improvement services include the following (siding, roofing, gutters, windows - installation and repair).

let's go with rich saturation: something for a mostly female, upscale (large home) market. (think Martha Stewart, Behr paints, Sherwin Williams paints... for a richer, deeper feel)
we're looking to communicate their customer-oriented approach: they go the distance to help with paint color selection, quality painting and home improvement work -- with expert cleanup, and a 5-year guarantee.
