Happy Mamas
Helps mums and mums-to-be set themselves free to feel happier, healthier, more relaxed, less stressed, have more 'me-time' & avoid resentment & depression. They feel angry at having to give up on their personal dreams and fulfilment, to become a mother. But it doesn't have to be that way - they will discover how to create balance, moving towards their personal dreams, as well as loving and supporting their family. Then everyone feels happier.

These are often strong-charactered women (not girly or flowery!), 30s & 40s, University educated, who love their kids, but feel they are missing out on something, having to sacrifice their deeper sense of purpose and fulfilment, to 'be a mum' - and this makes them feel guilty. I use NLP, meditation / relaxation / mindfulness techniques & common sense to help them rediscover their balance, reconnect with their dreams and realise that it's not about 'either / or' - it's about 'both / and' - harmony and happiness.
