Bob, thanks for your feedback. Due to timing and business travel requirements, we had to move the full committee meeting up a day in order to get everyone's feedback. It was an unavoidable situation that came up at the last minute today.

As for changing the header -- I have done so. And I have worked really hard at trying to provide good constructive feedback to as many of the submissions as time would allow. It is NOT and NEVER WAS my intention to tick off any of the designers - you all are AMAZING (and I am not saying that to be a suck up) and I am utterly shocked at how many wonderful designs were submitted. Bob, your stuff was great, and when it came down to it, there were some in the group that preferred other designs.

This is our first Sitepoint experience and while have had to learn the ropes a bit (and obviously still have some learning to do with regard on the "end of contest" timing, etc), we wanted to be a good member of the community and we certainly will come back to this forum again as additional needs come up.

If our actions at any point in this contest - including the feedback we have provided you - have made you mad or ticked you off, I offer you my sincerest apologies.

    Thanks, staysafeonline...

One last thing after all you cut us short on the deadline as it now seems need to change the
header to reflect that no new sumbissions to be excepted and finalist have been selected.
This way you don't tick off anymore designers tonight that you already have.

Good luck on this as I think the committee meeting should
have come after the deadline as some designs were cut short
as it seems. Also good luck on the embroidery on some of
    the finalists.

We met with the "marketing" committee for our company and we have narrowed down our selection to three designers and will be posting individual feedback to each of the submitted logos as we TRULY appreciate the time and effort that you all have put in to this contest. I can GUARANTEE you that we will not only use this contest feature in the future, but that we will recommend it to everyone we know. So, if we do not select your design, our hope is that someone we recommend Sitepoint too will select your design. Also, once we pick the final logo (which will occur no later than September 22nd @ 4:59GMT) we will come back for a uncoded website template and will welcome submissions from the sitepoint community!! Thanks again!!

well the sooner you will ask for stationery, the better. ;)
With only 10hrs remaining i am sure time for stationery is really short.

Another quick update -- we are continue to review designs and will probably narrow our select down to the top 5 (at most) and will request that you submit stationary designs before we make our final decision -- as we are interested in seeing how the "logo" can be used. thanks!
