#2 implements our feedback quite faithfully. The colors look great, the fine detail in the pump is great, the font is great. The globe at the top of the pump looks odd, perhaps it needs a white background and the "Polly" symbol from our sample? It appears that the size/proportion of the pump dictated the placement of the CFA wording, and that you tried to compensate with the angularity of "Advantage". And, it may work. It looks odd to me, but I expect some feedback from my associate in the morning.
Thanks again for your effort! Jay
This is EXCEPTIONAL! You have captured the '50's "message" with power and immediacy.
We had not visualized the colors you used, but, again, they are so "retro", '50's! And, you have scaled the top of the pump so that it matches the font of "Community".
I would request a couple of changes for your consideration. One, can you make the pump less prominent? That is, make it a bit narrower, and shorter, such that the bottom of the pump matches the baseline of the the "Advantage" text. Two, while the colors are very obviously "old", they suggest, at least to me, "weakness". Can you experiment with a bold red and black combination? The CF with bold red, the Advantage with black, and perhaps the pump primarily white with black/red details.
Finally, just a thought, if it is not too much trouble, can you try a version with a font closer to that in our example? Not necessary, but we thought its "broad shoulders" made the logo appear both retro and "strong".
Again, thank you for such a close shot on the first try.
