Everyone thanks for your efforts. I picked the best logo for what I was trying to do.. I liked some of the other work and will be contacting others for some additinal work. I have many projects and I am looking for somone that is flexible, easy to work with and willing to halp me tweak things..

Sorry but I did not see the comment you left about the changes you wanted as it was on one of the old entry that I took off and it did not notice new feedback. Here is a link to an image with the changes:

The tagline came out too small to leave in the logo. I showed both a color and green with grayscale color.
If I am too late because the contest is over that is ok. And if you need the extra time I believe you can extend the contest to a maximum of 10 days which you still have a few days left from when you started. I am not sure of the logistics of how to extend it though.

I am sorry everyone. I have not replied. I am in San Diego and if you havent seen the news 300k people have been evacuated. So I have not had internet service.. I just installed a router at my parents house and will be giving feedback all day today...

Looking at the Tekworks website I see that the current logo is pretty well established within the company - on work vehicles and clothing, so I it is unclear if you are looking for a completely new logo or just artwork for the cup. If its just for the cup, my opinion would be to stick with the "fake" starbucks logo on front and the real logo on the back.
This cup can be used as an advertisement after all - not just a display area of your logo. And if you look at any advertisement, in print or wherever, the company's logo is not always big and in the center. The reason is that a logo itself will not generate a lot of business (not even if it is 20ft high on a billboard). People are bombarded every day with countless logos and trademarks so consumers actually pay less attention to them than you might think. A logo is simply your company's signature (an important signature, but still just a form of ID). It is primarily the advertisement and presentation of the logo that will sell you to the customer. Keep this in mind.
But as always, these are just one designer's opinions so keep that in mind, too. :)
