99designs has been excellent to work with from day one. Prior to me finding out about 99designs, I spoke with 3 graphic designers and they were all very expensive, were only willing to provide a few ideas and were very unprofessional in their responses. It was almost as if they did not want the job. However, since my friend had told me about 99designs, I got over 160 design submissions and have been able to see lots of concepts and designs from very talented graphic designers. I have already told 4 of my friends about this site and I will continue to do so. This is an excellent website and a perfect idea for those who want to get exposed to as many logos as possible.
