A note about multiple winners:
I'm going to award the design I like the best, as that's the whole point. But in a couple months I'm going to run a split test on my website (when my current one is finished I can start a new one). I was planning on putting the logo into either a 3 or a 6 way test. I'll PM you to ask for permission if I can include your design in the test (if its a "runner up" or a friend really likes it), and if you allow me to, and it comes out on top, I'd be willing to pay you for that design.
So even if your design isn't picked as the winner in a couple days when the contest is over, there is still a chance you could be paid for your design work and the effort you put in.
Again, of course I'll get your permission to use a logo of yours in a split test if it wasn't the winning logo. But I won't be able to start the test for a couple months, and it looks like the tests take a little while to run once they're started.
Anywho... could be a way for two people to get paid for their work. That is all.
cursedsurfeit had a cool tagline (if you were thinking about submitting one with an optional tagline): "child custody made easy"
Oh btw, I'm curious how some of these logos would look in pink and blue, with these color values for pink/blue:

Blue: #7eb3ff

Another note:
I've looked at these logos, and I realize that 1st impressions really do count for logos. So I'm looking for that logo that also has a wonderful 1st impression. I'll look at a logo a couple times and think, hmm, that might work... but it's really the 1st impression that counts...
Because the visitor to my website will only glance at it once, and get that initial impression (which will carry them through to the site or back to a different one).

After reviewing some submitted logos and thinking about how I could better define "clean" & "professional", I thought an additional way to describe it would be:
I need a logo that has the feeling of "I should automatically trust this site"...
