- Our existing logo and former company name (MK Performance Group), seen here: http://www.MKPGroup.com has served us well but needs to be updated to reflect our professional, yet approachable, style. We also need to reflect the new company name in our logo.

- Our sole purpose: help leaders create a workplace that inspires ordinary people to produce extraordinary results. We provide cutting edge leadership development tools, executive coaching strategies and customized solutions to meet our clients unique needs.
- Requirements
- Colors: We’ve decided to stick with our gold and blue color scheme. Please use the following hex values: Light blue: #C7D5E2 Dark blue: #033F7E Goldenrod: #FEBF56 The logo should reflect that McCauley & Company is a reliable, credible, leadership consulting organization that knows how to serve the financial services sector without being stuffy. We prefer an ampersand that looks like this: http://ampersand.gosedesign.net/wp-content/themes/ubminim/images/header.gif as opposed to this: http://www.craigoldham.co.uk/files/ampersand.jpg however, we are open to the right look if it works. We would like to see concepts that include the company name spelled out: McCauley & Company and abbreviated: McCauley & Co. Thanks!
