Description of the organization and its target audience

We are a Mexican Restaurant in St. Kilda, Melbourne who is in its 12th year of success. We require a 'Logo' design which represents the arty and ecclectic nature of St.Kilda. The 'Logo' needs to be a 'Day of the Dead' Symbol which is bold but not too scary or ominous. No cliche 'Mexican blokes with sombreros' or Chilli's dancing' or 'Corn' Clipart figures please.
We are not a 'Taco Bills' but a well regarded and very busy Mexican Restaurant.

Notes

I have supplied you with a word document that has an example of our Menu Font. The Logo has to tie in to the colour scheme of the font. However, this does not mean that a splash of hot pink or other ideas could not be used.
