Blue Blaze, its the designers right to know where their work is being used without permission or compensation. I understand your point of view, but you must understand the designers point of view too. We all spent time in an effort to design an appropriate logo, and now discover one of our works has been stolen, which is completely disrespectful to the designer, we have rights to our work, and the right to pursue and ensure that the work is not used illegally. Our time is valuable, and to have it wasted, and then have our work stolen, is insulting and completely disrespectful not only of our time, but our efforts and our skills. Knowing where our work is being illegally used would be good as we have every right to have that work taken down.
kkkapt, there are prepaid contests, unfortunately its the contest holders choice on whether to prepay or not. Also, if your design is copied, 99designs cant help you, apparently.. you need to fill out a form and fax or send it to them. Which is far too little, too late. By the time the contest is over you're screwed anyhow, it's basically a useless gesture that serves virtually no purpose, and its something that needs to be rehauled.
We really need prepaid contests.....

I really do not want to stir up the situation anymore than it already has been. It was NOT my choice to end, it was 99designs choice, since me and my brother share the same paypal (family business, but he lives 3 hours from here). They also banned my little brothers account as well, don't know why, he wasn't even involved. But anyways until we can straighten this out, so long. By the way, illumina, I love your design.

Sorry folks, looks like my brother used my card for a contest on here and never picked the winner, but used the design anyways. Didn't know he did that. We are trying to fix the situation, but until then, sorry for those who have designed these awesome logos.
