- Brief Summary
-
The current "logo" is from the free web template :) Not too ugly, but doesn't really mean anything.
- Brand Name
-
AnotherVenture :: http://anotherventure.com/
- Description
-
A simple yet creative logo to replace my clip art one -- try to match color scheme to http://anotherventure.com/ -- The logo should be able to be used as a white overlay on the current site, though I'd like to have a color version that works on white backgrounds as well (and depending on how much I like it, I might change out the site UI to match the new logo).

- Wants
-
- .ai/.eps preferred, .psd at least
- Not all caps, and it's one word -- "AnotherVenture" all together
- would be nice to see it stand-alone, and with the tagline that's on the site
- creativity > professionalism
- logo should work if it's small + black/white (i.e. avoid gradations, thin fonts, intricate mark detail)
- 2 colors max (I don't want to have to print full-color)
- as simple as possible, but not simpler :)
- Don't Wants
-
- i don't think I am liking serifed fonts in the designs so far
- no vertically-oriented logos, unless there's a horizontal variation with it
- I'm not a fan of gradients, except something like http://images.ientrymail.com/photoshoppoint/web20logo8.jpg (i.e. curved half-tones)
