Design a new Group icon as can be posted/utilized on Linkedin along with a matching icon for which users can post within their own Group & Association's area. Icon can use the APLG letters but needs some form of symbolism that visuallly represents or epitomizes PERFORMANCE.

Icon details according to Linkedin:
Group Logo (up to 100x50)
Your logo will appear in the Groups directory and on your group pages.
Small Logo (up to 60x30)
You must upload a large logo in order to have a different small logo.
