While 99designs is open to all, there are some people who only want to cause trouble — we reserve the right to refuse them service and are dedicated to keeping our community a great place to spend your time.

If you see behavior you think should be brought to our attention, please let us know. Such behavior includes — but isn’t limited to — the following:

• racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive language
• advertising or spam
• completing deals outside of 99designs
• duplicate accounts
• defamation

Remember — starting flame wars in contest comments does nothing but damage everyone’s reputation and make contest holders nervous, making the likelihood the contest holder demanding a refund much, much greater.
