If you recently won a contest (congrats!), the contest will be in “design handover”. This means that you and the contest holder must agree to transfer the copyright to the design, and then you need to upload your original files.

Once you’ve uploaded the original files, the contest holder will confirm that they’re received what they expected, and the prize will be credited to your account.

Once the prize has been credited to your account, you can transfer the balance into to PayPal, AlertPay, Moneybookers or Western Union. This can take up to 10 working days (not public holidays or weekends), depending on the payment method you choose.
