Offensive content can be — but isn’t limited to — the following:

• Adult content

  Adult content is not permitted on our site — if we see it, we’ll take it down.

• Offensive language or behavior

  We don’t censor political opinion or religion, but if something is racist, sexist, or otherwise intolerant of others, we will take it down.

• Spam or Advertising

  99designs is an ad free environment – help us keep it clean and free of junk!

99designs is a family-friendly community, made up of people of all ages and walks of life. As a result, we need to act quickly when we something people are likely to be offended by. Our services agreement specifically prohibits posting content which is “offensive, unlawful, harassing, libellous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable.”
