The licensed content declaration gives designers an opportunity to declare what third-party elements they’ve used in their designs.

• If your design is 100% original, it shouldn’t effect you at all — just click on “this work is my own original artwork” when submitting your design.

• If you’ve made use of third party elements, that’s OK — click on “this work contains elements that are not my own,” and then enter the details of any third party clipart or stock images you’ve used.

  If the elements require purchase by the contest holder, please check the “must purchase” checkbox. You can leave this checkbox unchecked if you’re unsure or the element’s license allows for free commercial use.
