1-to-1 Invoicing is a quick and easy way to pay designers for additional design work.

You and the designer will establish the price and the scope of the work to be completed. Once completed, the designer will then send you an invoice using the 1-to-1 Invoicing system.

Designers can only send you an invoice if they have:

• Previously won a contest that you’ve held
• Been selected as a finalist in a contest you’ve held, or
• Sold a logo to you through the Ready-made Logo Store

It is important to note that 1-to-1 Invoicing is only a means of payment and that 99designs cannot mediate or enforce the work being completed outside of our platform. 99designs does not facilitate the transfer of files or the completion of a copyright agreement.

Additionally, 1-to-1 Invoicing is not covered by our 100% Money Back Guarantee and cannot be refunded by 99designs.
