We take your reports very seriously, and aim to look at all reports within 48 hours. Depending on the case, any action may take a little longer.

Most reported users don’t mean to violate our rules. All that’s needed in these cases is for us to point out that they’ve done something wrong with a friendly reminder or a helpful suggestion.

In cases of clear copyright infringement, we delete the offending entries and issue and deal with the designer. Depending on the specifics of the case, this can mean anything from a permanent ban in serious cases to a warning in the case of minor infraction or misunderstanding.
