The reported designer is notified of the dispute and will first have the opportunity to either withdraw their design or challenge your report.

If the designer withdraws their design you will be notified and the dispute will be resolved.

If the designer challenges the report it will proceed to 99designs staff for moderation. We take your reports very seriously, and aim to look at all reports within 48 hours. Depending on the case, any action may take a little longer.

After we review the report we will notify you with our decision and any action that has been taken.

In cases of clear copyright infringement, we delete the offending entries and the designer is either suspended or banned from 99designs. Please see our suspension policy for more information.
