How does a design contest work?
- The contest holder has a design job.
- They write a design brief describing what they want, and choose a prize amount.
- Over a week
(or less if the contest holder chooses), designers from all over the world submit design concepts.
- During this week, the contest holder provides feedback and ratings for the submitted designs.
- At the end of the contest, the contest holder picks a winner, and the designer is paid.
- Once payment is made, all rights to the winning design are transferred from the designer to the contest holder.
