In order to utilize our 1-to-1 invoicing service with a specific client, you need to have been shortlisted, won their contest or have sold a ready-made logo.

Follow these steps to create an invoice:

• Click on 1-to-1 Invoices in the lefthand menu on your account screen.

• Click the orange Create an Invoice button.

• Select the client you’d like to invoice and service type.

• Enter any pertinent descriptions of service and notes along with the amount you are billing.

• Click Send Invoice and you’re done!

Please note, invoice payments can take up to 3 working days to be processed. Working days do not include Saturdays and Sundays.

Once the payment has finished processing, the money will be deposited directly into your 99designs account.
