No, we don’t allow contests for the coding of sites or the request of HTML or CSS coding as part of a design contest.

However, if you run a web design contest, you can have your design files coded by one of our trusted partners for an extra fee (this would also include theme coding for WordPress Themes, as well as templates for any e-commerce, CMS based templates.)
