It's for an intro page. With one slogan. I have no images to provide, it's up to designer to choose suitable images.
is this some kind of an intro page? or a banner type? and how many slogans you want to put in the animation?

It's up to designer to decide the content of the animation. The animation is for mobile phone
service provider company in the business of SMS voting, SMS banking... So the animation should contain graphics related to mobile phones,
telecommunications, mobile networks and internet. It has to be very high tech and contains some nice 3D animation effects.
It shouls have a quality at least equivalent to the following with more 3D effects and animated content.

The slogan must be customizable.
The animation must be compatible under Flash 8.
Only the animation and portfolio scroller are required. The website layout and menus are not in the scope of this contest.
The portfolio scroller items ( image and URL ) must be customizable and extensible.
I would accept WU payment if required.
