Nice question, i didn't really look into that till just now:

But i guess after i choose a the winner, I can also buy them an interactive world map from Maps.com... If it would help them in adding detail to this project.

Thanks for the suggestion, your right... I really don't mind allowing the developer extra days to do his research and then developing the project.
I'm not sure what is the ideal price for this game is, but this is the reason i added extra amount to what i was told. So the developer can developer the full package to me. Also if i find a developer who is capable of making the game well but needs a hand from me with facts. I might be able to help. Let's at least get the designs rolling in.
Last point, reading over my description the project isn't as urgent as i made it sound in the description.

Nice idea! I even had fun playing that world game myself...lol! However, although the price you are offering is pretty close to ideal for a project like this, the amount of days that you are wanting this project done in, with all the research and building of this project that is involved, I don't think even a very seasoned Flash developer could do everything you need in 10 days. I am suggesting YOU do the research for the countries and facts and give that to the developer. It could easily take 10 or more days just to get all this done in Flash!
