Just wanted to say thanks again to all for your hard work - appreciate it's a lot of work for only one winner.
As I had explain to you in a previous post, we made a voting system in our website getting feedback from the customers after the check out process.
I will set only the top six rated mascots.

Thank you very much for your submissions. Most of them look great and I am really happy that I don't have to choose one for them but I leave this to our customers' decision.
From my point of view, you are all winners.
As of today, we ask our customers after the check out procedure to send us a feedback for their favorite one.
I suppose, within next two days we will have a good number of feedbacks and we will have define the winner.

Excuse me but I've submitted some work into your contest and I'd appreciate it if you could please in return provide me with some feedback. I spent hours designing that character for you and I don't think it is fair that you overlooked my entry in compared to others works and provided them with feedback. Thanks. If you don't like it then let me know so that I can take it down.

i think both of them have different styles. Hewit's is warner bros like, Space's is a graffiti like. only similiarity is both has round head and short body....mine does too ...lol
Guys, they're both simplistic designs for a character and i've seen designs with that similar structure in the past (See: http://img378.imageshack.us/img378/…23gl2.jpg). I really don't think he copied it, Jhewit, and if you think that his character was based on the setup of your character then what's to stop somebody comparing your character to that one in the URL I posted (Alien Hominid)? I think it's just more of an issue of un-originality in ideas than copying.
i mean, i'm not thrilled that (in my opinion) that his character has the same basic setup as mine, but i can't really do anything about it - if he feels the need to take it down and put the character up in a different pose, thats between him and the contest holder really...so whatever...
Well as long as Hewit says its ok, what i think really means nothing, so i appologize. Everyone sees things differently. I probably shouldnt have said anything since it doesnt effect me directly. carry on! lol
i don't think the character styles are that similar at all - i see the positions being about the same, and the basic setup of the character matching mine...yes, the styles of the char. are different, guess it just depends on what the contest holder likes...
Thank you for the nice words angrypuppy. Regarding the two logos in question, I don't see any similarities other than the shape of the head. jhewit's logo is more of sketch book type character while spacemonkey's character has a more urban style to it.
