We’re in good spirits this Valentine’s Day, having received a special Valentine’s gram (video below) from App Village, a client currently in the business of bear hugs. But the real recipient of this thank-you is Zaaviart, the designer in our community whose awesome illustration work won him the contest that App Village ran on our site.
What they needed were nice cartoon backdrops behind the app’s cuddly creatures. Zaaviart stepped up the plate and the result looks fantastic. Kudos to Zaaviart — we hope you enjoy your hug as much as we did!
App Village is in fact a community of creative and business-minded people who work together to realize all sorts of awesome new apps. Talking Bear Hugs, one of the company’s recent creations, allows users to exchange virtual hugs like the one above, complete with a personalized voice message and some encouragement to continue spreading the love by giving to a nonprofit.
