Back-to-school roundup: 11 A+ designs from around the world

If you’re currently enjoying the final weeks of summer like those of us in our San Francisco office, you know what’s right around the corner: a new school year! What better time to show off some of the cool logo designs, web page designs and illustrations schools around the world have sourced through 99designs? Selecting just 11 to highlight was no easy feat – we hope you’ll agree they’re a pretty cool (and diverse) bunch. Have a favorite school logo, website, or other type of design? #1 – Yuma Union High School District (Arizona, U.S.)

The Yuma Union High School District turned to 99designs for an illustration to use across a variety of platforms. Their goal? To exemplify their district’s high expectations for its 11,000 students.

#2 - Popup Business School (U.K.)

The PopUp Business School hosts workshops throughout the U.K. to provide support to young entrepreneurs looking to set up their own businesses.

#3 - Al Hesn Private School (Dubai, U.A.E)

Al Hesn Private School (Al Hesn means “fortress” in Arabic) is a K-12 school in Dubai offering a U.S.-based curriculum.

Rock Nation Schools teaches musicians to rock out through private lessons, group rehearsals, clinics and live performances.

#5 - Okavango International School (Maun, Botswana)

The Okavango International School in Botswana aims to “‘prepare leaders for Africa” through high standards of academic attainment and  character building.

#6 - Spy Girl High (California, U.S.)

Spy Girl High is launching a day-long spy academy to instill skills and confidence through covert-style missions for their female students.

#7 - Abundant Life Elementary (North Carolina, U.S.)

Abundant Life Elementary, affiliated with Abundant Life Church, aims to “teach the things that matter most.”

#8 – San Francisco International School (California, U.S.)

San Francisco International School, a small independent school with a global focus, incorporates multiple approches to learning to help each student excel in their studies.

#9 – German Language School Westwood (New Jersey, US)

The non-profit German Language School Westwood offers classes for both children and adults.

#10 – Ludlow C.E. School (Ludlow, U.K.)

#11 - ShiFu Chinese Language School (Shanghai, China)
