So we have come to the end of 2011!It has been a huge year for 99designs, we saw investment from our favourite VC’s Accel Partners, surpassed 100,000 design contests, also grew our designer community to over 100,000 designers and expanded into international markets including Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom.
Phew. It’s been a busy year!
Over the holiday period we will be taking a break from blogging, but we will be coming back refreshed and ready to provide our readers with great business advice from January 9th onwards.

Edward has a depth of experience within the world of marketing at both large and small companies having worked for Microsoft all the way through to currently working for 99designs, and has also spoken at several Australian Universities around online marketing and the role it can play in our current global market.
In his spare time outside of his laptop, you'll find him training for a triathlon, or daydreaming about ways he could chase Winter around the globe with his snowboard.
