I've added a image, Windows7MetroUX.png, that shows a rendition of the Metro UX as a Windows 7 Desktop interactive wallpaper.
Definitely review this image as it shows how information is presented, in a very glance-able format in Metro design style. This will be a key characteristic of the winning theme design.

'Elements' is a pretty vague term. I'd say refer to the metroApplication to see a GREAT example of a the Metro UX applied to a desktop application. Now take the *design* and migrate it into a Wordpress theme and you have it.
Basically consider it a brand, and we want to apply this brand to a Wordpress theme. You see all the typical items in a Wordpress theme, just using the brand's font, style, design, etc. And content is more typical blog content. And while I do like the choice of colors in the metroApplication you can choose others as long as they achieve the same effect.
I want to clarify. Should the wordpress theme have the same elements as the metroApp?

I'll try to be simple, clear, and to the point.
We want a Wordpress theme that is based around the Windows Phone 7 UX, which is known as Metro, see attached documents.
We have included a sample metroApplication.png that shows what Metro design would look like if it were applied to a typical desktop app to help guide design for the Wordpress theme. Again, we really love the metroApplicaiton.png look and feel, so that is what we are looking for in the Wordpress theme. It's really that simple.

So you want a design that works as a WordPress theme and a windows 7 phone program? And what will the content be of the Wordpress site, Just a blog or is there something from the desktop app in it?
