    The problem with both of your marks is that you're emphasizing "Women" (or "Women & Men"). Equal emphasis should be placed on "Careers for Women." The arrow isn't working for us, but we're intrigued by the use of the "&" as a graphic element. No one else has done that. Could you address our comments above and better integrate the "&"?

    The icon isn't working for us. As noted in our feedback to other designer's we're trying to avoid representation of people, but we like your type treatment, particularly, the one against neutral background. Could you make the "F" in "For" lowercase as well as explore other graphic treatments to make the logo unique?

    An interesting effort but the tree looks unusual and too prosaic. Would you view the top contenders and see if it lights your inspiration?
