the application:
http://questionform.com is a web application to create, publish and analyse web based surveys and forms.

The logo color scheme should fit with the site color scheme.
The logo should be fresh, clean and transmit the idea of simplicity.

Some suggestions: (update)
- The graphic part on the left of the text
- I think i would like to see some web 2.0 shadows on the logo
