Okay, sorry if I confused you. We are not selling templates. We want a template that WE can customize into a lead generating website for each of our clients. The idea is that based on our research, we have determined the best layout for a webpage that will convert visitors. So you make me a template. I modify it and put in copy and pictures for a dentist, or a groomer, or a lawyer, or whoever our client might be. Then we do all the SEO to drive traffic to that new site and their business explodes! Get it. So all I need is a generic but extremely cool site that I can customize. Use the carpet cleaner guy's site for your example. You can use all the copy, the pictures, and the video from that site. Just reorganize it with cool graphics and follow my specifications about the layout.
BTW- I'm a designer myself so I know everything that CAN be done. I want to SEE it and I want it to be BETTER than what I could have done myself. I could have done what you did in under an hour, so for $750, you've got to try harder than that.
