Logo only without the sign
I've also added a "very" small version below it so you can see relatively how readable it is even on a very small size.
again, clean design is the focus for this piece.

Hi
Here's my take on your logo design ... Hope you like it.
This design is relative to a "FOR SALE" signage. As you can see the logo is very prominent and strong but not overwhelming to the eye.
Comments and suggestions are greatly welcome ..
