    Hi All,
    Firstly thanks for the quick response.
    We are leaning towards designs #4 and #2, although we're not completely satisfied. We don't really like #1 (a little cheesy - sorry) and #2 (design a little plain and as the logo will set the tone for the rest of the website, we don't want to go with a predominately orange site)

    To all : I'd like a logo that will sit on a white or off-white back-ground.

    Koo - is it possible to change the text a little, to give it a bit more life. Thanks

    Adnan Shahid - can we see all logos against a white or off-white background. Thanks

    Hi All,

    Again, thanks to everyone for all the designs submitted. Loads of good ideas and don't know where to start. Our favourites in the office so far are #13 & #14. Thanks 2Point.

    Just to steer everone in the right direction....

    - The colours that we leaning towards are the are blues, oranges, yellows, whites for the designs as in entries #48, #45, #44, #39, #37, #34, #32, #31, #29, #23, #17, #14, #13

    - The designs that we like so far, not in order of preference, are #45, #44, #39, #37, #23, #21, #14, #13

    My original idea for the logo was for a semi-circular or semi-sphere background as the sun with the words 'Sun Search' written accross the sun (maybe the word 'sun' on top of the word 'search') , in a branded effect, similar to the graphic header ' Ibiza Rocks' on the following website http://www.ibizarockshotel.com/ or the graphic 'cruise offers' on the rhs of this site http://www.beatthebrochure.com/ or http://boonage.pjss2.net/images/content/tutorial-7/tutorial-main.jpg .
    If you feel this type of text isn't effective on a small logo, maybe a 'lasered' effect , like this site http://images.google.ie/imgres?imgurl=http://www.laseraction.co.uk/images/text_celebration.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.laseraction.co.uk/gallery.htm&h=95&w=250&sz=22&hl=en&start=6&tbnid=Kt7ODMz-N_ke1M:&tbnh=42&tbnw=111&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dlaser%2Btext%26gbv%3D2%26hl%3Den%26safe%3Doff

    Out of this sun shape would be, maybe 5 elongated diamonds, similar to design #39 but smaller.

    This design would be on top of the word 'Holidays'.

    If we could maybe place the design between a capital 'H' and capital 'S' of the word 'HolidayS' .

    If we could try something like this, it would be great.

    Hi all,

    Thanks again for all the designs submitted. I really appreciate all the work put into this.

    Again just to steer everyone in the right direction..

    We like the designs that incorpoarte both elements 'sun' and 'search' and we also like the idea of a unique logo/graphic that will be recogniseable even without the text.

    Sorry should have mentioned also. We prefer the words 'Sun Search' to be larger than or the same size as 'Holidays'.

    Thanks to all designers for their entries. We really appreciate all the thought and effort put into the designs. Overall, we are really impressed with 99designs, and will be passing the word around, and hopefully generate more competitions for you.
