Hi there,
i worked directly it as A3 size because it's easy to reduce an image without loss of quality rather than make it bigger from a small size.
A3 and A4 are strictly proportional, as you know. So, non problem.
File is at 300 dpi, obviously.
Any change can be made.
Let me know your suggestions.

Hi.. great first attempt! Good idea with the A3 sizing.
I really like the balance/ positioning and the use of the 'geisha' with background. Colors good...Very nice.
For #1
I would like to see the motorcycle as GRAYSCALE or same tone as the castle so it blends more evenly and naturally with the background.
I would also like to see the text : 'Come ride Japan for an unforgettably..... ' separate from the other text like in #2.
The other text I think would look better with 'bullet point' (round dots) before each line of text:
i.e.
*Japanese and European Bikes
*Outstanding Cuisine, etc.
For #2 I would like to see a part of a motorcycle somewhere in the design (perhaps like #1) with just eh handlebars
The positioning of the logo is not good as is. Please try to place maybe around the bottom.
Also the bottom part needs to be reworked to look more like #1.
Other than that it looks pretty close.
