I thought this would be a non-threatening, professional-looking design, without being too cliche. I like that there are two ways of looking at it--you could picture the white around the tree as either clouds in the sky or as the perimeter of the tree. I have more ideas as well
I also thought a good tagline might be something like
"Healthy mind. Happy life." but that might be too corny. I think MindHealth is pretty self explanatory though...
like the idea - the tree coming out of letter d. can you go slightly pop art and change colour scheme??

I can change the color scheme so there are more colors, but I thought keeping it simple (three colors) would make it more marketable/ adaptable to mainstream marketing.
